Well done, Spike, you did pretty good. As for the “foreign films” I said, I’d like to see The Secret in Their Eyes win, but I think it’s going to be either Prophet or White Ribbon. Looks like I got my wish: Secret won. Ta-duum!

Hosted by Steve Martin & Alec Baldwin, with opening musical number by Neil Patrick Harris. They did okay, not great but not horrible.
