I think the lower the level of the job, the less likely any employer is searching these databases. Is anyone searching Monster's database for an Administrative Assitant? I doubt it. Plus, millions of resumes have been stolen from Monster and others. I advise our clients (I teach a job search skills seminar for the 50 & over set) not to post: unknown upside, well known and potentially harmful downside. You still have to have an account at the specific site. So its not that much of a time saver. That was a lesson learned the hard way...........
