The government (I refuse to capitalise the 'g') will then put together a "think tank" to decide what to do with the spot, and the obvious conclusion will be that they simply have to purchase the land from the Emperor Group at "market rate" - which will no doubt be roughly double what the Emperor Group paid for it. If the margin on a high end watch is 20% then they only need to sell 335K worth of watches per day - maybe 7 or 8 watches. I reckon they could sell up to 20 per day. Makes sense to me.
