Is Eating Asia my favorite food blog? Not sure, but I feel happy every time I see they’ve got a new post up and today’s post is yet another cause for blog-reading joy. I’m with you Spike – this is really good photography – well shot, wel composed, and tells a story. Good find. Quite inspiring as someone whose blog is predominantly photographs!

It’s a great blog.
Their post on filipino crab in a coconut sauce made me go right out and buy all the ingredients and eat it the same night! Delish. Makes me want to open a restaurant based around that one dish (much like the under the bridge crab business).
