I use Stanza on the iPhone for PDF ebooks. Tiny pieces of formatting sometimes go fuzzy, but the font is resizable and 99.99% of the book is as it appeared on the PDF copy. Better still, Stanza is free :) The Stanza desktop app is super easy to use, and sending a book to my iPhone wirelessly takes all of five or ten seconds.
